Portico and KB extend their collaboration to support preservation of the scholarly record

Portico and the KB, National Library of the Netherlands, are pleased to announce that they have extended their longstanding collaboration to host an online replica of the Portico archive at the KB. For more than a decade, the KB and Portico cooperated to form and implement their respective digital preservation principles and practices. Portico access alert: Integrated Healthcare Journal

Portico is now providing access to the content from the BMJ Publishing Group’s Integrated Healthcare Journal. Key developments in Portico’s work: 2022 year in review

Portico access alert: Titles from BMJ and Morgan & Claypool

Portico is now providing access to the following content: BMJ Open Science, a journal published by BMJ Publishing Group, covered the whole range of preclinical and translational biomedical research and meta-research. This journal has ceased publication as of January 2023 and will no longer be available from the publisher. 45 publishers, including 41 Open Access, join Portico

Portico recently reached a milestone of 1,000 publisher participants, and we continue to welcome new content providers to the archive. Forty-five publishers have joined Portico so far in 2022 alone. Applications now open for iPres 2022 sponsored participation

Portico is pleased to support the participation of iPres 2022 conference attendees from underrepresented or low/middle-income countries. Hosted by the Digital Preservation Coalition (DPC), iPres is the longest-running conference series on digital preservation.
