Portico is now providing access to content from the journal transversal: Journal for Jewish Studies, published by De Gruyter. This title explored the interdisciplinary field of Jewish Studies, focusing on the exchange between Jewish and non-Jewish spheres of culture and its mutually constitutive effects.

De Gruyter ceased publication of transversal: Journal for Jewish Studies in 2016. Because it is no longer available through the publisher or a successor, it has “triggered” and is now freely available to the community via the Portico archive. This title was originally published Open Access and will remain Open Access through Portico.
